A ninety year old tradition, the “Old Spanish Days” gives the city an amazing, festive overtone through an elaborate horse parade and authentic costumes in an atmosphere of fiesta. The Flamenco competition involves many California communities in this three-day celebration. The celebrations take place in front of the Mission for Fiesta Requena and La Misa del Presidente and in the court House sunken garden. The colorful parade goes through State street.
